Reaching further, engaging deeper.
Alongside our work on the communication strategy, we took the lead in media and KOL (Key Opinion Leader) management for Indonesia Bertutur 2024. The involvement of media, KOL and communities was crucial in shaping the event's image and capturing the audience's attention.
This was especially important given that Indonesia Bertutur is a prestigious cultural arts event organized by the Directorate of Film, Music, and Media, Directorate General of Culture, Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia, which holds a well-established international reputation.

In media relations, our role focused on establishing and maintaining strong connections with local, regional, and international media partners. We organized press conferences, media previews, trips, and visits to ensure broad coverage. We also developed media kits that included press releases, event documentation, and merchandise. Additionally, we managed media buying, including TV commercials and news packages. When it came to KOL & community engagement management, we were responsible for selecting, negotiating with, and collaborating closely with the event’s main icon. We also coordinated various activities for KOLs, influencers, and key stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and impactful event experience.
