Celebrate Subak, Live in Harmony.
In 2024, as offline events made a strong comeback, we had the privilege of working on Indonesia Bertutur 2024, one of the country’s largest art and cultural festivals. Held in Bali from August 7–18, this mega festival, organized by the Directorate of Film, Music, and Media, Directorate General of Culture, Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia, centered around the theme "Subak: Harmoni dengan Pencipta, Alam, dan Sesama”.
Building on our experience with cultural events like Pekan Kebudayaan Nasional 2023, we led the communication strategy through digital activations and Out-of-Home campaigns. For the digital activation, we took charge of managing the event's Instagram, crafting content plans, daily posts, and surreal marketing campaigns. We also oversaw website development, ensuring timely updates through collaboration with the design and tech teams.

In terms of Out-of-Home campaigns, we designed promotional materials such as videotrons, banners, Trans Jakarta bus branding, and billboards across Jakarta and Bali. To further elevate our content, we infused it with elements of Indonesian literature, creating a distinct cultural narrative. Additionally, we crafted newspaper-style invitations that captured the attention of key opinion leaders (KOLs) and guests, motivating them to encourage their followers to attend. As a result, the event attracted over 30,000 attendees, the Instagram following grew by 100% (from 13K to 26K), and we achieved a 6.5% engagement rate (6.5M).
